Time for a new Challenge!
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the last Challenge. Debbie was our winner so we begin again! This is a challenge to lose 5 pounds at a time, hence the name "5 Pounds Challenge." Anyone can join at anytime. Just copy the list and add your name at the bottom of the list. You use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge You always start at 5.0 lbs to go Update your weight as often as you like Move yourself up in the ranks accordingly. When someone loses 5 lbs we will start a new thread and begin again. There can be more than one winner! Good Luck! Let the game begin. |

My body is fighting weight loss this week. I'm working on maintaining what I've lost so far, celebrating it, staying on plan and not getting discouraged.
