New Member April in GA

Hi Everyone,
I am "new member" because I always "lurk" but never post. I have been doing Atkins since 2003. (1.5 years do not count because I was pregnant and breastfeeding) I have lost from a high of 260 to 180 lbs. I still have far to go, but I also acknowledge that I have come very far. For over 10 years, I could not lose weight, so 80 lbs is amazing for me.

Anyway, I am enjoying this list and all of the fabulous recipes and food talk. I am going to start making more LC baked goods and treats for my family once in a while. They miss fresh bread and baked goods.

I live in Columbus Georgia. It is about 1.5 hours SW of Atlanta.
