I'm guessing I'm joining the slower crowd!
 

I have only been on this WOE for 3 1/2 weeks and I know that isn't very long but when I lost the first week and then stopped more or less it is frustrating. I have lost then gained and lost and gained again. I am in ketosis without a doubt but no weight is coming off to stay anyway. I'm not a quitter though so maybe soon I will be able to say that I'm a loser. :) Just needed to vent for a minute.

dont feel bad,, i've been on for 4 weeks and 3 days and lost nothing,, and clothes arent feeling any loser.. so... im guessing im a turtle with only 2 legs.. heeh.

I am tryint out he KISS plan to see if I can figure out why I'm not losing anything. My husband is really good support for me and doesn't want me to quit trying and I just don't know what else to try. There has to be a reason this isn't working when I'm being so good. Im a Turtle...losing 2-3 lbs a month at most. But at least I'm losing...I have to look at it that way or I'd fall off the wagon again which I vowed to myself I would not do...and the Holidays are a true test...If I can make it thru them...I can make it.
