Hi there! I came across this site and am very excited to join. I have been a binge eater for years. Lose 70 lbs on atkins and then gain back 100. Last year alone I gained and lost 125 lbs! I just lost 25 lbs ,,met a new boyfriend who took me out for suppers , ice cream and on a trip. Then gained 30 back all in 2 months! I am on day 5 if the Atkins. But at my age(47) am starting to scare myself. I hope to be truly successful this time. Good luck to you all and just write if you need a shoulder :)
