Hi all, I have just joined to day, and have no idea if I am posting in the right place. This site is quite new to me, but I shall find my way around I am sure. I am a Type 1 diabetic, no longer young, and new to low carbing--or my version of it--injecting insulin means you have to tread a fairly tight line, and weight changes only come with reduction of insulin...my main goal in low-carbing. Haven't you done well !! I guess I'm lucky in that I don't have a massive amount to lose, but with using insulin, I have to go slowly. Eve

good to see you over here, too. I haven't been involved w/ Dr. B's site as much. Felt this one a little easier, but I am getting the hang of over there! I hope you continue to find support where ever you are.

Good luck to you SGAB! Those first 3 days are the most important in getting over the withdrawal of sugar/carbs. Keep us posted!
