This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Started back April 20th, slowly lowering carbs, cutting out a lot to start with and then gradually getting rid of the veggies that are not low carb...and now I am a happy, energetic, craving free woman. Loss of two lbs in 12 days, so slow going, that being said, I feel right in the swing of things. Having no problem with things being in the house that others can eat but I do not feel well after I do, and not even wanting them feels great. Onward and downward in May!

Restart 30 Mar - 211
04/01 thru 04/30 - 210 to 205 - (5 lbs lost) May Goal - 2 pounds --------- 05/01 - 205 05/02 - 205 After losing 6 pounds since my restart, I know my body will likely hang for a bit, so my May goal is only 2 pounds. I'm hoping that is achievable. Don't forget, while the scale may stay stuck, you could be losing in inches. That's what happens to me. Have a great day everyone! |

I'll join, a bit late but I hope it's OK anyway! Counting in kilos this time.
I've been LCHF for over two years and feel really good eating like this. I've not been so successful reaching my goal weight because although I eat well, I eat too much! :lol: I recently started intermittent fasting and this is the only way I seem to be able to control my eating. I've done OMAD (One Meal A Day) since April 12th and so far lost 9lbs (almost 4kg). It's not been all plain sailing because I'm a hormonal eater and that time of month I always get side tracked. This time tough I managed to soldier through, not give up even though I ate a bit more during those days. I'm so chuffed. I think I finally found my way! 1/5: 75.3 2/5: 75.3 3/5: 75.0 |
