Easy Way to Print Entire Thread?

I would like to PDF print an entire thread so that I can read on my Kindle off line. Is there an easy way to do this? When I use the display in printable version I am only allowed to display 30 messages max per page, which is not very helpful at all. Please help. Thank you.

I think you can change the messages per page in your user settings.

You can, but the highest option I see is 30 messages.
