I have. I tried it and I did lose 7 pounds during the shakedown. But, her plan can get pretty expensive thats why I stopped.

I am a HUGE annlouise fan....... I've done it but I prefer her Fat Flush classic........ I get bored with the smoothies...

her stuff is disgustingly healthy ;) my bloodwork went from good to I heard the office staff going on about how great it was.......

I don't think of it as expensive...... guess it is how you look at it.....
