do you count fiber in total carb count for the day??

Welcome, margalo. I've moved your post to the Atkins Daily LC Forum where you will see more replies.

Counting fiber in your carb count is up to you. Many of us subtract it from the carbs because while it is a carb it is undigestible by the body and has no effect on insulin. By subtracting fiber you can eat more carbs before hitting your 20g a day or 25g a day. More carbs means more variety in your menu and less of a chance you'll get bored and 'stray' from LC.
