Dietary and blood cholesterol
Who came up with the idea that dietary cholesterol does not influence blood cholesterol? Because it certainly does.
I ate ~80 eggs per week for several weeks and my cholesterol test came back at 12.83 mmol/L. Everything else was normal, even HDL and triglyceridies were good, so this result was purely because of diet. I know it will go back when I stop eating so much eggs but still. What is your experience with this? What were your test results? |
