JUNE 2017 Daily Weigh-In Everyone is Welcome!
 
This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

We start JUNE 1, which is already now for some of you.
Let the fun begin.

Well I'm up again......have been on track but did eat a lot yesterday of the right kinds of foods. Started a new work schedule this week so that may have thrown me off a bit as well. Hopefully my body will settle down by next week and I can start seeing less of me on the scales again. My goal this month is to see weights in the 100's!
