What to do with Garlic Tops
 

I was just out in my vegetable garden and the garlic is coming up. I tasted one of the green tops and it was quite tasty. What would be a good recipie to use some of these in?

My chives are also just starting to come out.

They're pretty good in a stir-fry with pork and roasted peanuts. :yum:
