This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the day and then your weight. Each day copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

Wow, maybe I should skip a day more often. Also had a shower for the first time in three weeks (bathroom Reno) maybe that was dirt??Lol. Almost 50lbs lost...
