Pork with Lemon, Thyme cream sauce WOW!
 

I just made this recipe from Karen's book. Wow! It was great. I had left overs today with spinach and some of that sauce poured on the spinach. I was sad when my plate was empty. Ok, I even confess I licked my plate. I live alone, I can get away with it!

Okay, I'm trying it. What an endorsement!

Where's the recipe?
 

tried finding the actual recipe with no luck. Any suggestions?

Karen's book is called "The Low Carb Gourmet". She posted some of the recipes here, but for others you should probably buy the book: http://www.lowcarb.ca/low-carb-recipes.html

If you decide to buy the book, you'll need to do so via Amazon or ebay or some other secondary book seller. I tried to buy it directly from the restaurant but they no longer have any.

I am sure there are used copies for sale as well. The book cover looks so professional!

Unfortunately, "The Low-Carb Gourmet" by Karen Barnaby is currently out of print :(. However, I see you're in BC .. I'd be willing to bet your local library has a copy you could borrow. This recipe is on page 216 ;)

You might check ebay for the book too. That's were I got my copy after discovering there were no new one for sale.

Amazon has it. Best 35 bucks I have ever spent.

Nancy, I like my plate all the time! I even lick my husband's if he leaves juicy goodness on it....... I can't believe what he leaves behind sometimes! LOL
