Tofu Peanut Butter Cookies :D
 

HUZZAH I DID IT :D I made my very own recipe ^^
they are WONDERFUL

3 cups crunchy peanutbutter
1 tbs vanilla
2 eggs
1tsp salt
half package of soft tofu
1 tbs sweetener (unless using natural pm)
1 cut sliced almonds.

Preheat oven at 350 (180)

Blend in PB, vanilla, eggs, salt, tofu and sweetner till smooth.
Stir in Almonds.
Bake for 10-15 minutes

Makes 20-24 regular sized cookies.
