Ah, barb, I hear you; :there: Weight loss is frustrating. It's one step forward, then 2 steps back :( I am far from my goal but am stuck around an old setpoint. I try to get lower, but my body does not want to cooperate so I just keep at it, day after day. Eventually, the scale will budge. Hang in there! :rheart:

I'm looking for ways to keep myself checking in on these forums and motivated. This looks good! I've added myself to the 5 lbs. to go. :-)
