Meat & egg Fast

I would like to hear from some of you that are doing or have done the M&E fast. I started it yesterday and was down 2 lbs. this morning, I couldn't believe it. :lol:

hi i want to know the whole menu of the meat and egg fast and how many days to do it
can u do it to jump start your weight loss if u r stuck for a long time

Hi,

Just to clarify, there is no THE meat and egg fast, so you can do it any way you want. It's not a part of any of the commonly recognized LC plans.
