Gym clothes on the scale...
 

So, I weighed in this morning... and I figured there wouldn't be a big weightloss this week since the week before I am SURE I gained.

Anyway, I went on the scale wearing socks, sports bra, and shorts. (Don't feel quite comfy enuf to get on a gym scale naked...)

When I got home, I took a clean pair of the same shorts, sports bra, and socks... weighed them on my food scale just for the hell of it. 9 oz. That's about a 1/2 pound I probably lost but didn't see on the scale... all because of these clothes.

From now on, I'm weighing the clothes I weigh in with separately!
