I am wondering how many grams of protein I should be eating in a day?

I am currently getting 90 grams.

Welcome! There have been many discussions about recommended and calculated protein amounts on this forum. A search will find them. Go to the green bar at the top of the page, select "Search" and then go to the "Advanced Search" and enter your search terms. Regular search on this board does not work. Advanced search does.
