Hello everyone!!

I've just noticed this category in forums and am very exited. I am originally from Moscow, moved to USA 8 years ago. Any Russian/former USSR LCers out there? Would love to hear back from you!!

I worked for 8 years in Minsk, Belarus and did low carbing there. I can discuss Russian low carb cuisine but that's all! (Smetana mmmm!)
