Day 1 of getting back on track.

After 2 full months of LC, no cheats I rewarded myself with a whole unplanned weekend of horror. For 2 days I ate the bread with the burger and I threw in 4 chocolate cookies one day and 3 cookies the next. I had just a new low weight, now I'm up 5 lbs!!!

Most of it seemed to be related to fatigue. I've been trying to wake up earlier and quit coffee. My thyroid levels aren't right and everyday I drag thru the whole day.

I just got a copy of my last thyroid test, things aren't right.

So, going to keep my carbs on the higher side this week 45 max, take chromium.

I'm going to drink the coffee I seem to need to energize myself. I am seeing my dr this week about specialty thyroid testing and will order the tests myself if need be.

If the fatigue gets too much for me, I'll rest instead of turning to sugar.
