I got a jug of this because I wanted to make something that required it... I haven't made that item and am not sure if I will because after looking at the recipe, it was kind of a pain, hahaha.

So what can I use this in... thoughts? any experience with it? I was thinking I could use it in asian recipes that ask for honey or have a sticky-sweet type of thing going on.

I think that's the sweetener they use in quest bars. Maybe you can look up quest bar recipes.
