Hard core Challenge for PPers
I'm looking for a hard core accountability challenge. I want someplace where I report my progress every day and I am held to the goal that I set for myself.
Because of travel and funerals, etc. May and June MTD have been standing in place and I need to get moving forward to hit my goals by year end. Any thoughts or ideas? If I start this challenge thread is anyone interested? I mean really interested, not "I think I might, or maybe.." |

I think it would be a good idea, and I don't think it should matter whether you are on PP or Atkins, because everyone needs support to lose weight.
What kind of accountability do you have in mind Gina? |
True, it doesn't have to be PP specifically....
The type of accountability I'm looking for begins with: 1) For the next three months (July,August, September) a) how many pounds do you want to lose b) how many minutes/days do you want to exercise each week c) how much water are you committing to each day d) one personal goal (no alcohol, one new workout) Challenge would require daily reporting on all 4 items. You will need to provide a monthly recap of where are vs. goal statement. We do not tolerate halfway or whining or "I can't." This is a positive, supportive can-do environment. No enabling people to go off plan. |
Okay Drill sargeant here goes:
1) at least 30 2) at least 6 out of 7 3) at least 64, but as much as I can stand 4) I will stay away from Fried Chicken Is that it? |
