Eggy Spinach Surprise
 

I dont know how I came up with this! It was just stuff I had laying around! And I needed to cook my husband something.

( He's on the diet, not me, but I have to do the cooking )

Here it goes...

1 can Spinich
3 eggs
4 peices ham - lunch meat is what i used (cut up in squares)
4 peices salami - "" "" "" "" "" ""
pat of butter

Drain spinich REALLY well. Then in a frying pan put spinich and butter (and salt and pepper to taste) and fry till a little dried out then add eggs and meats and fry till eggs are cooked and done! Takes about 10 mins all together. He didn't complain about it and said I could make it again so it must be o.k. :)
