Resistant Starch
I was reading somewhere that if you cook cool or freeze a potato and reheat it. It becomes resistant starch. This starch serves as a fiber in the stomach and does not raise glucose levels. There was a test done on "Trust me I'm a doctor" that proved this point. I was wondering if any one else has heard of it. Just think eating potatoes again.
