I am new here but thought I would introduce myself.

I am glad that I found a place where I could meet others who are on the same plan as myself. Thanks for making this possible.

I have just been on the CALP for one week. And today after work I kinda over did it with some chocolate peanut butter cups. I am dealing with it, but trying not to beat up on myself too badly. I think I will be ok.
