Worse than cookies.....

is velveeta shells & cheese!!! Gone are the days of curling up on the couch with a big bowl and a movie 😞 😀 I made a big batch of cheesy mac for hubby's lunches but resisted even licking the spoon. A couple weeks ago, I made 168 cookies, 4 different kinds, for friends & fam and made it past that. Not so much having cravings now, but definitely still triggers. For me, there is no "just one bite".

just so that there are no unanswered posts I'll post a question here: What is your confession Buttersmom? it is no sin to make food for others that you will not eat. I see doing that as an act of kindness :)
