Anyone have Barry's Bootcamp?
 

I just got it for my husband and myself. I did the upper body yesterday and lower body today and it really kicked my butt-LOL! It is something that is definitely challenging but is fun and I like that each exercise is 1 minute long. Somehow when it's broken down like that it makes the time fly!! I think hubby liked it too at least so he says. We will see if he continues to do it :D

So are there any other Barry boot campers here?
