I hit my first goal
I'm very, very pleased. My first goal was to be under 220, and this morning I weighed in at 219. I've lost 4 pounds now. I still have a long way to go but seeing that I could do that motivates me even more.

I'm with thud-- start a journal, keep track of your successes to reread when your feeling low, keep track of your tweaks, your recipes, your close calls. It's great way to share with others too. ;) |
