Hello :wave: I am Laura I work and go to school, I recently moved and seem to have lost my South Beach Diet book! Tragic, I could not remember if spaghetti squash is phase 1 or 2. I found this site and yea, I can dig it, sign me up.

Welcome Laura,
As you see, there is a separate SB forum to ask for that detail, someone will come to your rescue. If during your move, you visit a Goodwill/thrift/library used book sale, almost always see a copy of the SB books and cookbooks there (also Atkins 2002)..any diet book that sold millions of copies when printed :lol:
