Hi! Trying to get rid of baby weight!

I’m sure I’ve said this a few tones before! I’m still carrying 35 pounds of baby weight - plus the 20 I packed on before...and I need it off- just feeling so uncomfortable in my own skin. Really looking for some buddies to be on this journey with.

Hello. This takes me back 40 years when I had a hell of a job shifting baby weight after a 10lbs 3 oz baby.

I see you are doing Stillman's. This is how I got into Low Carb. I had a fantastic start. I'm finding things a bit slower now I'm down to the 'bed rock' Might do a couple of weeks Stillman's to kick start again.

I like that you used the term 'get rid of' instead of lose. One is positive the other negative. If you lose something you will try to find it. If you get rid of something you don't want it. I never use the word lose because it is self-defeating.

Hi, welcome! Boy how I know that feeling of being uncomfortable in my skin. Hate that! I feel so much better when I’m not puffed up with water and stuffed in my clothes.
