Inexpensive Summer dressings
 

Discovered a wonderful sugar free raspberry viniagrette dressing from Maple Grove Farms (1 carb/2 tbs)- delicious over a mound of spring mix, topped with sliced chicken and almonds. :yum:
Low carb can become expensive so I'm always experimenting with homemade versions- and was thrilled to find out how tasty and inexpensive it is to make a sugar free cole slaw dressing- perfect for a summer barbecue.
Tastes just like Marzettis!
approx 1/3c mayonnaise
2 tbs mustard
2 tbs lemon juice
1.5 pks sugar substitute
salt and pepper to taste
