I make a pork rind pizza crust, but mine has cream cheese in it too. It is so yummy, no one notices that the pizza crust is different. In fact, I am making two pizzas tonight. Yums.
I also love the pork rind french toast and so do my two small children. I will be trying the cake recipe soon. Thanks for sharing! |
do you have a recipe on the cream cheese pork rind crust?
|
Pork Rind Pizza Crust:
8 oz cream cheese 4 lg. eggs 1 cup pork rind flour .5 cup parmesan cheese (or other cheese) 2 cups shredded Italian cheese (or other cheese) Italian spices to taste (approximately .75 tbsp) Garlic powder to taste (.5 tbsp) Preheat oven to 425. Mix cream cheese and eggs, one egg at a time, until smooth. Add pork rind flour, seasonings, and cheeses and mix well. The mixture will be very thick. It is now ready to spread on a pizza pan or other pan. Bake the crust until golden brown (approx. 20 minutes). After removing the crust from the oven let it cool for 10 minutes before topping with your favorite toppings and put in the oven until they're done, 15 min. or so. Calories: 2356, Fat: 187, Protein: 148, Carbs: 18, and Fiber: 0 These totals are for the whole crust recipe and not counting the spices. When making flat bread from this recipe, you can change up the flavors with flavored cream cheeses or spices. I am going to try adding some flaxseed to my next batch. |
I'll have to try some of those!

Thanks for the recipes, I cant wait to try them!
