Newbie saying Hey 👋

Hey there, my Name is Steve I'm a newbie to low/no carb, I'm a current serving British Soldier and I've been on sick leave for some time and currently returning to active service, I have a 5in blood clot in my left femoral artery that is slowly breaking down, subsequently I've not been able to do Phys for almost a year and put some timber on. I'm looking forward to sharing my journey with you :wave:
