Hello Folks, :wave:

I hope my first post is in the right area, I am Raun from LA. This forum can help to motivate me and make me remember why low carb is so important.

I am hoping to get started up again. These other introductions seems that they have a good start and are on their way. I need to get on my way and stay there!
