Post Christmas Scale
 

I try to weigh on the first and 15th of the month. keeps me from obsessing. well I missed the first because I was out of town and decided to wait so I would be on schedule. I did jump on the scel right before Christmas to make sure I knew what I was before the holiday.

Any how. DOWN 7 post holiday. I wasn't surprised as I was solid with my goals but it is still exciting.

That's a nice reward for staying the course through the holidays! So much better than the usual "lyin', cheatin', dream-crushin' scale" stories we usually read here :lol:
