Returning

I am new here although years ago I was a member yada yada. I am 5 foot four 270 pounds. A Couple years ago I low carbe d and lost 90 pounds ( from my all time high of 360.) I hope to regain my health and become able to walk more than 10 minutes at a time. thanx-Emy
