I'm having difficulty sticking with Atkins' here in Burlington, Vermont. My health insurance will pay for professional help but everyone I've consulted is anti-Atkins'. I know that Atkins' works because I lost 60 pounds with it. The problem is that after 10 years I've gained most of it back.
