Time for a NEW challenge !
This is a challenge to lose 5 pounds at a time! Anyone can join at anytime. Just copy LAST post and add your name at the bottom of the list. Use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge. Start at 5.0 lbs to go. Update your weight as often as you like and move yourself up in the ranks accordingly. When someone loses 5lbs we have a WINNER! Then we start a new thread and begin again. There can be more than 1 winner in the same day. Good Luck! I joined up--- on the 90 day change your habits challenge. BOy does that help me make the right choices. Write out your own personal challenge making allowances for hiccups or what ever, make it something you can stick to. Progress, not perfection. |

I had a fantastic day racing on the water yesterday, lots of exercise, swollen today, but I am taking my -0.2 as a real positive. Start of a new week.... :D |
