2 hard boiled eggs and 1/2 an avocado for me :wave:

3 strips of bacon, 3 eggs fried in the bacon grease, 2 mugs of coffee with cream, a whole whack of vitamin supplements!

A cup of tea, 2 eggs over easy with a sausage patty (instead of bacon for a change).

one pastured egg, fried with 2 slices of bacon, one slice of tomato. Coffee with coconut milk.

Cranberry pancake cookies. Coffee
(almond flour, baking powder, 1 egg, coconut almond milk, 1 oz cream cheese, Davincci's Raspberry sugar free syrup, cranberries, fried on high turned to low to cook through, then flip for one minute. Let cool and eat like cookies) |
Four egg yolks(whites were used elsewhere), a splash of HWC, a dab of WF caramel syrup and water whisked into a shake.

I slice lc bread with a light smear of sugar free peanutbutter

2 oz mascarpone stirred with 4 T homemade lemon curd and 1 T psyllium, added dash cinnamon and a drop EZ-Sweetz (needed salt, otherwise not a bad way to get the fiberz :thup: )

2 eggs microwaved... not my favorite, but it is what I had time for this morning :) 1.5 cups of black coffee.
