Maybe 95 percent of diets fail because whatever plan you might decide on, 95 percent of what you hear from health professionals will be dismissive/discouraging crud like what's written in this article?

Hmm....the "expert" from British Dietetic Association was pretty negative about all the diets. I expected the Mediterranean Diet to be the big winner, but she says,

And the diet summaries ... since when is salt "out" on the Paleo Diet??

Since Loren Cordain, he started out pretty down on salt. I'm not sure if he's changed his mind since the early days, or not. But yeah, the paleo diet as most people practice it now probably doesn't have people worrying much about salt.
