Did a bit better this year on HDL and trig. The total is about the same. Been fighting prehypertension. Trying to get it down. Not taking any BP meds yet. Trying to get it down with supplements.

Doc asked me if I was still doing lo carb. I said...yea...still doing very low sugar and carbs...and he said 'and high FAT?'. I laughed and said yea. He doesn't bug me a whole lot about it. He's keeping an eye on my BP though.

Ha ha....love the "Dr. confrontation" stories. 72 HDL is excellent for a guy, from what I understand. And those trigs are great too. Keep it up!
