PCOS in FLORIDA
Hello to all,
I am into my 3rd week on Adkins and I have done fairly well. I can say it has not been a walk in the park but I am plugging along. I weighed last Friday and I had lost at that point (2weeks) 8.5lbs. I am off to the scales tomorrow. I do it every Friday. I am having a hard time finding quick and easy things to eat besides breakfast. I work all day and want something easy to cook at night. At work during the day the only snack options I have found that are easy are pork skins and I am about over them. Hope to find new ideas to stay on track soon.
