Today's my one year smoke free!!!

I guess I did it. A year means I'm a non smoker. After 30 years of smoking, now I don't. I feel better, no more coughing, but I put on 25 pounds. I've lost 10 so far. I will lose the other 15, it might take a while.

Woohoo!! Congrats...I decided to tackle the weight first and because this will be my WOE I won't add any pounds when I quit!!

So happy to see another non-smoker!

Congratulations! It takes a lot of will power to quit smoking!

I gained 70 pounds when I quit smoking in 2002 and it was 10 years later before I managed to lose 50 of them. Still hoping to lose the last 20.

Big congrats to you. :clap: When you are smoke free you often wonder why the heck you started to begin with. (of course its because no one told you how miserable you'd be after a few decades).
