Back after 5 years
 

Hi everyone! It's been almost exactly five years since I've been on the forum.... life just gets too darn busy and I was sort of in a rut. But thank goodness everything I learned here over those years stuck with me, and I still low-carb for the most part, and still long to lose those last 5-10 pounds!

Now I'm 50, and figure since I'm halfway There I'd better start paying more attention so I can enjoy the last 50 years! Lol, now I have a tablet and wifi, so low-carbing here will be even easier.

Good Morning Beth, and welcome back to the forum, I hear ya, I know exactly what you mean about life getting just too hectic and being in a rut, I too fell into the same situation, mine was due to the sudden death of my beloved horse, and then 4 months later our lovely 8 yr old dog....I was just plain sad and I could not shake it...you of course know you are in the right place, best of luck to you, please stop by my journal for a visit, I love company..ttyl
