Hi Everyone, I am new to the site. I started Phase I on September 8, 2017 and down 5 lbs. My blood sugars went from high 200s to 65-136. My AiC yesterday results were 7.1 down from 9.8. I feel so much better without all those carbs. My goal is to get my A1C to 6.5 and I will be off the insulin :).. I need to lose 75 lbs. Thank you all so much for being here. looknomore :)
