Bad breath and candida...

Just wondered if anyone else has bad breath as their main symptom? Having checked online it seems inconclusive when linked to candida but this is what first drew my attention to there being a problem.

I took a lot of antibiotics in June this year and my diet has always been quite high in sugar, alcohol and carbs, however the breath issues didn't begin until mid August.

Other symptoms I have include: cracking at corner of lips in morning, dry peeling lips, reflux, feeling tired, strange taste when I clear my throat or eat certain foods, coating of tongue, itchy skin and ears.

The bad breath is the real concern to me though. It's especially potent in the morning. During the day if I exhale hard from my throat I can always smell something bad lingering. It gets worse if I consume sugar. I have changed my diet, cut down on sugar and alcohol, tried oral probiotics, normal probiotics and Nelsons anti candida tablets. Having taken the Nelsons tablets for 2 weeks I finally saw some improvement in my breath so it tells me they must be working? A couple of days ago I slipped up and had a bar of chocolate and some ice cream and my breath the next day was terrible. I am still taking the tablets because they seem to lessen the smell for me.

The doctors don't seem to take candida very seriously and I'm still not 100 percent sure what's wrong with me, so if there's anyone with any similar experiences out there it'd be good to hear from you.

Nature’s Candida Cure: Coconut Oil Solves Yeast Problems

Consuming virgin coconut oil on a daily basis has cleared up rashy patches of candida on my chest and underarms. It cleared up my toenail fungus, too. It took a couple of weeks to start seeing results and a couple of months to totally clear up. But it worked. Eating low carb may have also helped. I've read that candida is more common among diabetics as high blood sugar offers a more fertal environment for the fungus to take hold. Check out my gallery. I posted a photo of my toenail getting better. I wish I'd take a picture of my candida chest rash before it cleared up. I had it for 15+ years and didn't realize what it was. I never had an issue in my mouth that I am aware of, but I've seen photos of such infections.

Good luck solving your issue.
