My stall finally went bye-bye!!
I've been stalled for about a month and was very frustrated. I found this site and decided to take some of the advice found here. After one day of lowering my carb count, increasing my fat and drinking more water..............I lost a whole pound. Woooohooooo Guess I just had to jump-start my body. Oh, and I was eating way too many veggies. :yum:
