600 calorie muffins? The first city to adopt law faces unappetizing surprises

Well that's a lot less calories than many of the drinks and pastries, at least. :-)

I should talk. My morning smoothie is like 800 calories! Most of it fat (12-14g carbs, 12-15g protein).
