Hit my goal weight on vacation!
 

I just hit my goal weight on vacation. I have been visiting my mother in India. I have not been sick, if that's what you're wondering :)

I did hit the weight while switching up my diet a lot but within low glycemic parameters. I often ate vegetarian or vegan meals. I ate lentils on most days and dairy (mmm, real Indian chai!) fairly often. I had three cheat meals in these six weeks where I allowed myself to eat my favorite childhood treats, but I didn't binge. I don't really plan to have cheat meals that often in America but India is always worth the carefully planned treat for me.

I have successfully travelled in India and Thailand while eating low glycemic over the last year. Not to mention on several American road trips. I'm very happy to exchange tips if anyone is interested.
